Monteverdi vespers

Ticket Booking for our Montiverdi Concert 19:30 Sat Nov 13th 2010

This system allows you to book and pay for tickets in a selected seating area. It does not allow individual seat selection. However, tickets bought together will be side-by-side. Payment is through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then the link on the left gives information.

1. Enter your name, phone number and email in the boxes below

CHOOSING SEATS

2. The diagram shows the reserved and unreserved seating areas that can be booked online
3. When ‘Show all seating areas’ is selected below then the green table at the foot of the page displays the number of unsold seats in each seating area. Check that the total number of seats that you require is available in your desired area.

BUYING TICKETS

4. Use the drop down box(es) to select your ticket(s).
5. Click on the number of seats remaining in your desired seating area. The total ticket cost now shows at the bottom. (You cannot buy reserved and unreserved seats in the same transaction)
6. Click ‘Buy Now’.
7. Please print your confirmation email and bring it to the concert to exchange for your ticket(s).

Notes: a) Please do not change the date beside 'Concert date'. There are no other dates on sale from this page b) Please ignore the fact that the concert appears to last only one hour - this is just a quirk of the booking system.
