Performing Members
If you would like to sing with Ripon Choral Society then you can either contact our secretary or just come to a rehearsal and introduce yourself. Click here for rehearsal dates. Performing members undertake a short audition, usually on joining, and pay an annual subscription. They are expected to attend regularly at rehearsals and to participate in the Society's concert programme.
Patron Members
In return for their annual subscription Patron Members receive a preferential advance booking form for each year's concert programme. Patrons are entitled to attend all the Society's concerts without further payment. Patrons are invited to attend the Society's social functions. In addition, as members of the Society, they are encouraged to attend its general meetings and to support the society in its activities, especially by bringing their friends to concerts.
Friends of Ripon Choral Society
The Society maintains a database of friends who receive regular mailings with details of all our concerts and events. Contact the chairman, Mike Deeming, to get your friends' names added to the database.
